Licensing Details
Teratrax licensing varies from one product to another. The following is
an explanation of the various types of licensing.
Teratrax Performance Monitor
Teratrax Performance Monitor is licensed per SQL Server instance.
Each SQL Server instance you plan to monitor with Performance Agent
requires a separate license. An unlimited number of users can
connect to a monitored instance using Performance Viewer to analyze
performance data.
Teratrax Database Compare
Teratrax Database Compare is licensed per user. Each individual
requires a license to use the product. Each user license allows an
individual to create multiple projects and compare an unlimited
number databases on various SQL Server instances.
Teratrax Database Manager
Teratrax Database Manager is licensed per user. Each individual
requires a license to use the product. Each user license allows an
individual to connect to an unlimited number of SQL Server
instances.
Teratrax Job Scheduler
Teratrax Job Scheduler is a job agent that runs SQL jobs
scheduled by users. The product is licensed per agent. You can
install one copy of Teratrax Job Scheduler (One agent) on each
computer. A single agent license allows you to run jobs on an
unlimited number of SQL Server instances (locally and remotely).
