Monitoring SQL Server Clusters
For a clustered SQL Server environment, Teratrax Performance Agent needs to be installed on a machine that is not part of the cluster.
Furthermore, do not use individual node instance names or IP addresses.
Use the instance name or IP address of the cluster (Virtual instance) to ensure that
monitoring will be switched over to the next instance in the event of a
failover. |
